Stinger Plus™ Turbo Blade – Precision Cutting for Granite, Quartz & Engineered Stone
The Stinger Plus™ turbo blade is engineered to deliver ultra‑smooth, chip‑free cuts on granite, quartz and engineered stone. Featuring a tall 10 mm segment loaded with premium diamond grit, the blade maintains edge integrity over longer production runs and resists glazing or overheating. The turbo rim design maximizes cutting speed while evacuating debris, and quad holes allow for a flush‑cut adapter when you need to cut right up to a wall or backsplash. While optimized for granite, quartz and engineered stone, the blade can also tackle tougher stone like quartzite when used at the proper feed rate.
Key features
- 10 mm segment height for longer life and deeper cutting.
- Maximum diamond content delivers fast, smooth cutting performance.
- Turbo rim design increases speed and reduces chipping on hard stone surfaces.
- Quad holes accept a flush‑cut adapter for precise flush cutting.
- Multiple diameters: 4 in., 4½ in., 5⅛ in., 6 in., 7 in., 8 in. and 10 in.
- Standard arbor: 5/8 in.–7/8 in. and 5/8 in.–7/8 in. DM to fit common grinders.
- Max RPM up to 15 000 (varies by diameter).
- Versatile applications – ideal for granite, quartz, engineered stone and concrete; can handle quartzite with proper feed and cooling.
- Compatible with large and small angle grinders.
- Suitable for wet or dry cutting (wet cutting recommended for longest life).
Benefits
- Cleaner edges and less polishing thanks to the tall, turbo‑segmented rim.
- Longer service life – the 10 mm diamond segment provides more working material than standard blades.
- Increased productivity – high diamond concentration and an aggressive turbo design allow faster feed rates and reduced cutting time.
- Reduced vibration – the balanced steel core runs smoothly, reducing operator fatigue and improving accuracy.

Usage tips
Use water whenever possible to extend blade life and reduce dust. For quartzite and other very hard stones, reduce feed rate and ensure adequate cooling. Inspect blade segments regularly; replace when segments wear below 3 mm.
